Everything was perfect in this little hotel. The location was amazing. Only 5 minutes to the train station. 2 mins to the duomo. Stunning views and slightly tucked away from the crowds, so not noisy at all. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Couldn't be better. It's worth the money. Beds were comfy and had a spacious room.

Absolutly stunning place in Tuscany. Up on the hill with amazing view on the Florence city. Swimmingpool available all day and wvening to watch sunset. Very nice breakfast in the garden. Friendly stuff and owners. Travelling with my dog. Very large room, with fridge, bar, local pizza for dinner. Wine for sale.

Great location, in within walking distance to all the highlights and monuments, very easy and convinient self check in, very clean.. 10 min walk from main train station, many bars, restaurants and shops in surrounding area.

Couldn’t be happier with everything! The room was clean,spacious,relaxing,had everything you needed plus the host Pierpaolo was absolutely incredible- nothing was too much trouble and very accommodating. Great location too. 100% will be coming back

Location was AMAZING, rooms were very clean and furnitures are brand new. The spirit of the hotel is so nice. there is a small balcony for short coffee breaks. Stuff was very kind. What else I can say :)

Marie is a fantastic host! She was extremely accommodating, allowed us to keep our suitcases with her before and after check-in. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and microwave, as well as small snacks Marie leaves for guests and some toiletries. Would highly recommend!

Amazing host. Amazing place. All very clean. Good location as well. 10mnts walking distance to metro station, and 1 mnt walking to bus stop.
